Learn the Power to Release Weight — Not Just Lose It!

The subject of weight is fast becoming a national epidemic.  The subject of being overweight, obese, anorexic and bulimic are just a few terms that we hear on a daily basis.  You begin to wonder is there anyone at their Perfect Weight?  Bob Proctor thinks so.  He has just released a book called “The Science of Perfect Weight”. 

 

Bob has been teaching for over 40 years.  Bob has spent the majority of his life teaching on the images you hold in your mind because this is teaching that determines our behavior.  The power of the mind.  How really does the mind work?  Bob says “If you have a weight problem, money problem, relationship problem or business problem, understand this:  all problems originate inside, not outside”.

That idea that we create our own reality is downright painful for many.  Many people honestly believe that they have no choice….that everything in their life has happened by mere accident.  Bob is here to tell you that thinking is wrong.  Only you have the power to create your life.  This philosophy works in every area of our life but especially in the weight area.

 

Decide Now:  Is This the Time to be At Your Perfect Weight?

 

When you finally decide it is time to lose some weight.  What is the first thing you do?  You look around for a diet and/or exercise program that you think you can live with for a short time while you take off some pounds.  So you start your diet and/or exercise program and experience some results.  That makes you feel good so you celebrate and go off the plan you think for a short time.  You start cheating on the plan.  What happens next is very inevitable…..you start gaining back the weight you lost and then some.   This is the start of the yo-yo syndrome that many trying to lose weight experience.

 

Why does this happen?  Believe it or not, your mind is programmed to find that which you lose.  Think about this for a second….when you lose your keys, what happens in your mind?  You can’t stop thinking about where you put your keys.  You look everywhere until you eventually find your keys.  The same thing happens when you lose some weight; your mind is programmed to find that which is loses.  Instead, Bob says that you don’t lose weight, you release it.

 

You see your body is an expression of your mind.  If you get the picture in your mind, your body will respond to it.  The body is an instrument of the mind.  The body is almost like a dumb terminal, it will do what the director tells it to do.   

 

You might be asking yourself, what is the first step in losing all the weight that I want?  It is to forget the word, losing.  You’re not going to lose anything anymore.  You’re going to release it.  And you’re going to make a decision.  That’s the first step…..you’re going to make a decision. 

 

This is precisely the same reason why most people suffer from obesity and overweight.  They are confused; they don’t understand how to take control over their own world.  It is their world….it is their body.  In the book, “The Science of Perfect Weight”, you’re going to see exactly how to finally take control of your mind and release the weight you don’t need until you’re at your Perfect Weight.
